To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a request within 7 days of delivery.
Verification & Approval
Our support team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the product to verify the defect before approving the return.
Pickup & Packaging
Once approved, keep the product ready in its original box with all accessories and manuals; our courier partner will arrive to collect the package within 48-72 hours.
Quality Check & Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a technical inspection, following which the refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
